Despite how blessed we may feel in life, no one is immune from going through moments of darkness. This piece was created during one of those times in my life.

You could be going through a difficult time, but those outside of yourself may not realize it. So here, Blobby is an ice cream cone. Not deconstructed, not fully melted or fallen apart, but slowly melting. Surrounded by darkness, but not alone. Instead, surrounded by sprinkles: the people, activities, and moments that help one not fully melt while navigating the chaos.

It was a reminder to myself that when you’re going through it, even though darkness surrounds you, Just Look at the Sprinkles.
